1、入园企业享受东阳市人民政府关于工业区和工业功能区开发建设的各项优惠政策。
　　2、工业区和工业功能区基准地价：长松岗工业功能区15万元/亩，横店电子产业园区15万元/亩，南马机械工业功能区10万元/亩。对符合产业政策，总投资500万元美元以上，每亩投资15万美元以上的外资企业优先优惠安排土地。
　　3、对按照国家、浙江省公布的产业指导目录进行投资的外商企业，享受国家、浙江省和东阳市的引进外资优惠政策。
　　4、凡进入工业区和功业功能区的项目实行“一揽子”跟踪服务，所有项目报批和各种证照登记申办手续，均可由业主提供相关资料，委托工业区和工业功能区代办，并实行告知承诺制。
　　5、凡在工业区和工业功能区总投资在300万美元以上的外来投资企业，经申报，享受《东阳市承诺守信和“绿卡”企业管理办法（试行）》的所有待遇。
　　6、入园企业普通工业用电0.785元/度，工业用水2.2元/吨。

　　2.Reference land prices of the industrial zone and industrial functional area:Changsonggang Industrial Functional Zone,RMB 0.15 million yuan/mu;Hengdian Electronics Industrial Garden,RMB 0.15 million yuan/mu;Nanmu Mechanical INdustrial Functional Zone,RMB 0.10 million yuan/mu.It will have priority to assign land for foreign enterprises in accordance with industrial policies, with a total investment of not less than USD 5 million dollars,and an investment of not less than USD 0.15 million dollars/mu.
　　3.Foreign enterprises that conduct investment according to the Guiding Directory on Industries Open to Foreign Investment issued by China as well as Zhejiang Province, will enjoy preferential policies for foreign investment of China, Zhejiang Province, and Dongyang City.
　　4."One-package" follow-up services will be implemented for projects entered the industrial zone and the industrial functional zone; all procedures for project approval, as well as registration of various certificates, will be handled on the owner who provide relevant materials, and the Informing & Promise System will be carried out.
　　5.Through applictaion, foreign investment enterprises with a total investment of not less than USD 3 million dollars in the industrial zone and the industrial functional zone, will enjoy all treatments of the regulations for Enterprises with "Green Card" and of Honoring Promises and Keeping Credit in Dongyang City (Trial).
　　6.For enterprises entered the garden, common industrial electricity, RMB 0.785 yuan/kw; industrial water,RMB 2.2 yuan/ton.
