　　四、项目背景和建设条件：医用可降解高分子材料是国内外公认的生物医学性能优异的可生物降解材料，可广泛地应用于生物医学各个领域。预计在21世纪初它将成为塑料领域中的一种新型特种材料。因此，可吸收医用高分子材料的产业化可带动医疗器械行业和药物控制释放材料行业的发展。随着我国人口不断趋于老龄化、交通工具不断发展，骨损伤事故也日益频繁。可吸收医疗器械的市场前景十分宽广；而且本项目产品具有明显的性能价格优势，市场竞争能力强，还能够促进和带动相关行业技术进步，推动传统产业的优化升级。现我公司已与中科院成都有机化学有限公司合作成功开发了该系列产品。
　　五、项目准备进展情况：项目实施阶段、申报阶段。
　　六、建设项目及建设内容：公司计划建成年产300kg医用可降解高分子材料及系列制品项目。新建生产车间和配套设施。投资总额：7500万元；引资额：600万美元；投资回收期：3.5年。
　　七、项目合作方式：外方主要以资金投入，中方提供工艺技术、生产场地、人员、能源等投入。
　　八、项目方可提供的条件：普洛公司自筹3300万元，约合470万美元，提供土地、厂房、电力、水源等基础设施。

　　Ⅳ. Project Background and Construction Conditions:
　　Biodegradable medical polymer materials are well recognized with excellent biomedical performance, and may be extensively used in various fields of biomedicine. It is expected that, it may be a novel special material in the plastic field in the beginning of 21 Century. Therefore, the industrialization of absorbable medical polymer materials may drive the development of medical device industry and drug controlled-release material industry.
　　With increasing aging of our country's population, and with continuous development of traffic vehicles, bone injury accidents occur ever-increasingly. The absorbable medical device market is of vast potential. Moreover, products of this project have obvious price/performance advantages, with strong market competition, and may also promote and drive technical progress of related industries, and boost optimization and upgrading of conventional industries.
　　Presently, our Company has cooperated and successfully developed this series of products with Chengdu Organic Chemistry Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences.

　　The Company has planned to build a project with an annual output of 300kg of biodegradable medical polymer materials and their series products. It is to build new manufacturing workshop and supporting facilities. Total amount of investment: RMB 75.00 million Yuan; amount of investment to be attracted: USD 6 million dollars; Investment Return Period: 3.5 years.
　　Ⅶ. Project Cooperation Mode:
　　The foreign party will mainly invest fund, and the Chinese party will provide technological process, production area, manpower, and energy sources, etc.
　　Ⅷ. Conditions Offered by Project Parties:
　　Zhejiang Apeloa Medical Technology Co., Ltd. will self-raise a fund of RMB 33.00 million Yuan, equivalent to approximately USD 4.70 million dollars, and provide infrastructure including land, factory buildings, electricity, and water supply, etc.

　　Zhejiang Apeloa Medical Technology Co., Ltd., is a large-scale enterprise, integrated with research, development, production, and operation of pharmaceutical and chemical products. The Company has total assets of more than RMB 0.4 billion Yuan, and 1200 employees or more, including scientific research personnel and technical managers, that make up over 46% of the total number of employees. The Company is one of Key High-tech Enterprises of the National Torch Plan, one of Resources-Comprehensive Utilization Enterprises of Zhejiang Province. It has passed verification of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Assurance System and of ISO14001:1996 Environmental Management System. The Company owns self-import and export right.
