The company was established in December, 2000, with registered capital of RMB 100 million, specializing in infrastructure and real estate investment in cities and towns as well as using and managing land transference sum under entrustment of Hengdian government. It has completed varieties of construction projects, including bridges, street lamps, parks, regulation and management of bank of Nan River, rubber dam, shutter dam, the upgrading of small rivers and underground pipeline networks.
