Project Background and Construction Conditions: To accelerate new socialist countryside construction and promote agriculture modernization construction, Huanyuan Village Government plans to invest and construct the Huanyuan Ecological & Effective Agriculture Garden in Huanyuan Village, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province. To develop modern ecological & effective agriculture may improve agricultural production conditions, and increase arable land quality and agricultural benefits. Moreover, the development of modern ecological & effective agriculture may promote combination of agriculture and the "Third Industry", and develop sightseeing agriculture, to satisfy change in demand of urban people. Therefore, modern ecological & effective agriculture and sightseeing agriculture have a vast potential for the consumer market.
　　Ⅴ. Project Progression: A modern 5-mu glass greenhouse has been built for this project, and the Holland Daiduoxing cucumber of the greenhouse has been collected and entered the market, with good marketing response and its supply behind demand. It is expected each year: increased income RMB 28 million yuan, and profit RMB 10 million yuan.
