Project Background and Construction Conditions: Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine HCl Sustained Release Capsules is a release preparation made of Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrinie HCl; it is gradually released in human body, and its effective blood drug level is prolonged, thus with low fluctuation and thus with decreased toxic and side effects; the dosing frequency is reduced, once every 12 h; the bioavailability is increased without any trend of drug accumulation. The preparations used in treatment of common cold in the domestic market are mainly of tablets and capsules, and the only release preparation is Contac NT manufactured by Sino-American Smithkline Co., Ltd. There are no release capsule preparations in the domestic market in controlling symptoms during the whole course of common cold.
　　Ⅴ. Project Progression: The company has cooperated with Zhuhai Yuekang Pharmaceutical Technique Development Co., Ltd., and developed it, and now the clinical trial of it has been completed. After put into production, it is expected to get new income RMB 160 million yuan, profit RMB 60 million yuan, and profit tax RMB 10 million yuan.
