　　五、项目准备或进展情况：横店集团联宜电机有限公司现已投产部分规格型号无刷直流电机，如64ZWT变频空调器用无传感器无刷直流电机，45ZW带传感器无刷直流电机等。其中64ZW无刷直流电机已通过省级鉴定，鉴定委员会认为：该产品温升、噪音等技术指标达到90年代初日本先进水平。
　　六、建设规模及建设内容：投资总额400万美元，引资额200万美元。本项目设计生产规模为年产40万台，年产值可达12000万元。
　　七、引资方式：合资、合作。
　　八、合作内容：外方主要以资金投入为主，希望提供国外先进控制线路技术；中方提供生产工艺技术、生产场地、人员、能源等投入。
　　九、项目方可提供的条件：公司自筹资金1600万元，约合200万美元，提供土地、厂房、电力、水源等基础设施。

　　Compared with traditional direct current motors, direct current brushless motors have the following features: good anti-interference, Combining the merits of direct current motor and alternative current motor, it has found applications in more and more fields and shows the tendency of gradually taking the place of brush motor. It is widely used in vehicle air-conditioner, household electrical apparatus, office automation, intelligent control, robot and other fields. According to experts n motor industry, direct current motor products will share one thirds f the market and, therefore, the future market is great.
　　Ⅴ.Project preparations and developments: Hengdian Group Linix Motor C., 64ZWT sensorless direct current brushless motorfor inverter conditioner, 45ZW direct current brushless motor with sensor and etc. Of these products, 64ZW direct current brushless motor has been approved by provincial authorities and are given remarks by approval committee: Its technical index such as temperature-rise and noise level is equal to that of Japanese products of early 90's.
　　Ⅵ.Constructional scale and details: Total investment will be 4 million US$, of which 2 million US$ investment is invited from outside. The designated output is 400,000 sets, with output value of 120 million RMB.
　　Ⅶ.Investment mode: Joint venture, cooperation.
　　Ⅷ.Co-operation details: Outside party will mainly provide capital investment, and at the same time it is hoped to provide advanced control circuit technology from abroad. The Chinese Party will provide production technology, land, personnel and energy.
