四、项目背景及建设条件：本产品具有起动转矩大、效率高、噪音低、温升低、寿命长，直线电机是可以改造我国传统产业的高科技产品。它具有结构简单，安装、操作、维修方便，节约能源，可靠性高，智能化强等特点，主要应用在具有直线运动特点的特流系统、信息与自动化系统、医疗系统、民用产品、交通和军工系统等领域，是最近几年才兴起的、具有多学科交叉性质的新产业。本产品将电机的旋转运动通过蜗轮蜗杆及丝杆传动机构转变为直线运动。附加基于单片机的电子线路板驱动控制，广泛的应用于高级病床、手术台、自动座椅、医疗用牵引床、家用高档床等设备的驱动部分。市场前景极为广阔。
五、项目准备或进展情况：横店集团联宜电机有限公司现已投产部分规格型号直线电机，直线电机已通过省级鉴定，鉴定委员会认为：该产品温升、噪音等技术指标达到20世纪末日本先进水平。
六、建设规模及建设内容：投资总额1000万美元，引资额500万美元。本项目设计生产规模为年产80万台，年产值可达24000万元。
七、引资方式：合资、合作。
八、合作内容：外方主要以资金投入为主，希望提供国外先进控制线路技术；中方提供生产工艺技术、生产场地、人员、能源等投入。
九、项目方可提供的条件：公司自筹资金约合500万美元；提供土地、厂房、电力、水源等基础设施。

Ⅳ.Project background and constructional conditions: This product has big starting torque, high efficiency, low noise, rapid temperature rise and long service life. Linear motor is high-tech products which can be used in innvovation of Chinese traditional industries. This product is characterized with simple structure, easy mounting and operation and maintenance. It also has following merits: energy-saving, high reliability, excellent intelligence. The applications of linear motors are mainly in conveying system, information and automation system, medical system, civil products, transportation and military industry which are characterized with linear motion. The linear motor industry, The linear motor industry, which combines scientific research in many fields, has been developed only in recent years. Its working principle is: Fitted with microcontroller-based electric circuit driving control, this product transmits rotational motion of motor into linear motion through worm and wheel, and lead screw linka ge.
It is widely used in driving system of advanced patient bed, operation platform, auto seat, clinical towing bed, household high-class bed. The future market of it is bright.
Ⅴ.Project preparations and developments: Linix Motor Co. Ltd of Hengdian Group has manufactured linear motors of a few specifications, which have approved by provincial authorities. The experts in charging of its approval give such remarks to it: its technical index such as temperature rise, noise level are equal to that of Japanese products of late 90' s.
Ⅵ.Constructional scale and details: Total investment is 10 million US$, of which 5 million US$ investment is invited from outside. The designated yearly output of the project is 800,000 sets, with yearly output value of 240 million RMB.
Ⅶ.Investment mode: Joint venture, cooperation.
Ⅷ.Co-operation details: Outside party will mainly provide capital investment, and at the same tine it is hoped to provide advanced control circuit technology from abroad. The Chinese Party will provide production technology, land, personnel and energy.
Ⅸ.Chinese Party's offer: Fund of 5 million US$ will be raised by the company. It will provide land, workshops, electricity
