　　四、项目背景及建设条件：由于国产伺服系统与国外高性能伺服系统产品在调速精度、动态响应速度、鲁棒性和可靠性等几个方面存在较大差距。目前几乎所有中高档数控设备及国防装备中的精密驱动系统都需高成本采购国外产品，国产运动控制产品针对高性能设备的应用存在明显不足，极大地限制了相关行业的发展，是本国经济非常脆弱的环节，长此以往有可能危及国家的经济安全，因此，研发具有自主知识产权的高端运动控制系统并产业化对我国国民经济发展具有重大战略意义。
　　五、项目准备或进展情况：已与上海大学合作开发一款交流伺服电机，在纺织机械中试用。本项目将利用公司在浙江省东阳市横店电子工业区现有生产厂房及公用动力设施，在原有的设备基础上添置先进高效、可靠、适用的生产、检测设备及专用工装。
　　六、建设规模及建设内容： 项目规划年产5700台交流伺服电机及控制系统的生产规模。投资总额1220万美圆，引资700万美圆。主要用于厂房改造、添置先进高效的生产、检测设备及专用工装等。预计年销售额2036万美圆，年利润509万美圆。
　　七、引资方式：合资、合作。
　　八、合作内容：外方主要以资金投入为主，希望提供国外先进控制线路技术；中方提供生产工艺技术、生产场地、人员、能源等投入。
　　九、项目方可提供的条件：公司自筹资金约合520万美圆；提供土地、厂房、电力、水源等基础设施。

　　Ⅳ. Project Background and Construction Conditions:
　　There are great differences of velocity modulation precision, dynamic response rate, robustness, and reliability, etc., between domestic servo system and foreign high-performance servo system. Presently, almost all of middle- and high-grade digital-control equipment, as well as precision driving systems in national defense construction, need purchase foreign products in high cost. There are obvious defects of domestic motion control products for application of high-performance equipment, which greatly limit development of related industries, and are a very vulnerable step in our country's economy. If things continue in this way, it may endanger our country's economy. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance for development of our country's national economy to research and develop high-end motion control system with independent intellectual properties, and industrialize it. Meanwhile, it is an optimal opportunity for our country to develop motion control system in terms of national macroeconomic po　　licy
　　and industrial environment. Implementation of the project will cultivate markets with vast potential in machine tool, textile, and sewing industries, etc., to lay a good foundation for further promotion and application in precision digital-control machine tool.
　　Ⅴ. Project Preparation and Progress:
　　The Company has cooperated and developed an AC servo motor with Shanghai University, which is under trial use in textile and machinery. This project will take use of the existing manufacturing factory buildings and public power facilities of Hengdian Electronic Industry Area, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, purchase highly effectively, reliable, and suitable manufacturing and detection equipment and special tooling on the basis of the original equipment.
　　Ⅵ. Project Scale and Construction Content: The project has planned a manufacturing capacity with an annual output of 5700 AC servo motors and control systems. Total amount of investment: USD 12.20 million dollars; amount of investment to be attracted: USD 7.00 million dollars. The investment is mainly to rebuild factory buildings, and purchase advanced, highly effectively manufacturing and detection equipment, and special tooling, etc. It is expected to obtain an annual sales revenue of USD 20.36 million dollars, with an annual profit of USD 5.09 million dollars.

　　The foreign party will mainly invest fund, and be expected to provide foreign advanced control circuit technology; the Chinese party will provide manufacturing process technology, manufacturing area, manpower, and energy sources, etc.

　　The Company will self-raise a fund of USD 5.20 million dollars, and provide infrastructure including land, factory buildings, electricity, and water supply, etc.

　　Hengdian Group Linix Motor Co., Ltd., has manufactured various motors for more than 30 years; its products are of reliable reputation in the electro-mechanical industry.
