　　D(-)-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine Diphtassium Salt is a new- and high-tech raw medicinal material. It is the significant side chain of β-lactam semi-synthetic antibiotics, and is mainly used in synthesis of pharmaceutical products such as Amoxicillin and Cephaloglycin, etc. It is expected that, Augmentin, combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate, is one of the most salable antibiotics in the 10 coming years.

It has total assets of more than RMB 0.3 billion yuan, and more than 1200 employees, including more than 46% of scientific researchers and managers among them. It is a key new- and high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan, and an enterprise for comprehensive utilization of resources of Zhejiang Province. It has passed verification of ISO9001:2000, International Quality Assurance System, and of ISO14001:1996, Environmental Management System. It has the self-managed import-export right.
