　　四、项目背景及建设条件：影视摄制是实验区的主要功能之一，而实验区现有摄影棚数量偏少，高科技含量也不高，因此该项目是一个必要且有良好前景的项目。1，国内影视市场潜力巨大，摄影棚需求量高；2，国内影视基地多，但室内摄影棚不多，特别是高科技摄影棚更少；3，横店对摄影棚需求量巨大。2005年在横店取景的剧组达91个，2006年有93个，2007年103个（包括20个广告摄制），最多时同时在横店拍摄的剧组达到20个。累计在横拍摄影视剧已逾15000部（集）。
　　五、项目准备及进展情况：项目和土地已通过审批，前期建设已展开。
　　六、项目规模和建设内容：项目总投资为3.5亿元，共建设组合式摄影棚24座（共44个大中小摄影棚），其中大棚30个，中棚14个，用于现代剧和古代剧的拍摄，并配置一定比例的配套服务用房。项目总建筑面积20.92万平方米，分4年实施。
　　七、合作方式和内容：可投资1个或多个摄影棚，也可根据剧组需要建设摄影棚。每个摄影棚投资约在600万元左右。

　　IV. Project Background and Construction Conditions: Movie and TV shooting is one of the main functions of the experimental area; however, the experimental has now just a limited number of studios, with not high high-tech content. Therefore, this project is necessary one with bright prospects. (1) The domestic movie & TV market is of vast potential, with great demand for studios; (2) there are many movie & TV bases in China, while indoor studios are of a limited number, especially just a small number of high-tech studios; (3) Hengdian has a great demand for studios. There were up to 91 crew framing in Hengdian in 2005, 93 crew in 2006, and 103 crew in 2007 (including 20 advertisement shooting; there are up to 20 crew shooting in Hengdian during peak period. The cumulant number of movies and TV plays (dramas), shot in Hengdian, is over 15,000 ones.
　　V. Project Preparation and Progress: The project and the land have passed reviews, and the pre-project construction has begun.
　　VI. Project Scale and Construction Content: The project has a total investment of RMB 0.35 billion Yuan; there will be built 24 combination studios (44 large, medium-sized, and small studios in total), including 30 large studios and 14 medium-sized studios, which may be used for shooting of modern or ancient plays, fitted with a certain ratio of houses for adequate and systematic services. The project has a total building area of 209,200 m2, to be implemented in 4 years.
　　VII. Cooperation Mode and Content: It may invest to built one or more studios, or in accordance with the demand of the relevant crew. Each studio needs an investment of approximately RMB 6 million Yuan.
