　　IV. Project Background and Construction Conditions: The Company has invested more than RMB 50.00 million Yuan in equity of Jiangsu Asian Circuit and in construction of the Movie City. In 2007, Jiangsu Asian Circuit with the Company's equity had a box-office revenue of RMB 45.00 million Yuan; held by the Company, Changsha Wangfujing Movie City, Nanjing Xinjiekou International Movie City, Xihu Movie Theatre, and Xinhua Movie Theatre had box office revenues of RMB 22.00, 24.00, 6.70, and 6.25 million Yuan, respectively.

Project Preparation and Progress: In 2008, it is planned to invest RMB 80.00 million Yuan to construct 5 large-scale movie cities; in 2009, there have been signed 3 projects of movie cities to be constructed in 2009. Zhengzhou International Movie City, Nanjing International Movie City (Confucius Temple), and Wuhan International Movie City have been invested for development.

Project Scale and Construction Content: Invest RMB 0.4 billion Yuan in 5 years, to build up 200 move screens of 25 large-scale modern multi-hall cinemas in single proprietorship or joint venture, and accept 50 cinemas to join by way of equity and agreement, to eventually a multi-provincial cinema circuit, mainly based on large-scale cinemas and supplemented by economic cinemas, led by holding cinemas and supplemented by cinemas by equity or agreement, to form scale effect, and to reach an effective operation mode of "Unified Brand, Unified Film Feed, Unified Operation, and Unified Management".
